How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For handcrafted or oversized furniture pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for specialized white-glove delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working diligently to expand our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for returns.
Are your artisanal products handmade?
Yes, many of our collections are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are expected and celebrate the unique character of each piece.
